Art Series for seniors 55+
This hands-on program combines both art and nature education by challenging participants to explore a forest habitat and then express their discoveries through collaborative collage. Participants will first create a series of individual collages representing different aspects of a forest ecosystem. Then, through collaboration, participants will work together to blend and display the creations in a public exhibition; showcasing the interconnectedness of humans, nature, and our place within a larger ecosystem.
Please plan to try and attend all classes. There will be a commencement ceremony on December 13 at 2:30 pm.
Project funding provided by the Ohio Arts Council, through a grant from the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies in collaboration with E.A. Michelson Philanthropy.
