Adults and teens are invited to take some time this Saturday to be at peace, practice life balance, and reduce stress. Learn the definition of mindfulness, how to practice mindfulness, and stay engaged in your mindfulness practice. Cenell Boch is completing her Ph.D. in Health Sciences and also completing a certified mindfulness meditation teacher program. She is happy to teach mindfulness as a way to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Our Main Library is located in downtown Lancaster. This location features a large meeting room, as well as a board room and study room. Our children's area has an Early Literacy Center, perfect for preschool-aged children.
