This community playgroup is open to all and offers children time to interact and explore a creative space, participate in music and movement activities, and for parents and caregivers to connect. No registration necessary.
Our Northwest Branch, located in Carroll, is home to our original Early Literacy Center. In addition to to the ELC, the Northwest Branch features the Peter Rabbit Story Garden, beautiful any time of year, but especially so in spring and summer.
