For School Age Children. Drop-in to learn essential mindfulness skills with New Horizons.
Drop in Thursdays between 10 am and 3 pm; presented by New Horizons Mental Health Services.
Each week youth will explore fun and interactive topics like building resiliency, practicing mindfulness, self-care, and learning simple breathing strategies. Sessions are designed to be age-appropriate and engaging, with hands-on activities, crafts, and take-home materials available for parents and caregivers.
No registration necessary.
